Data Deletion Instructions

Who this page is for

Anyone whose data is held by the "Second Pair of Eyes" service or by our Meta app "Lemonedia's AI Agents": people who submitted the form on this website, and business clients who connected their advertising accounts, Pages or lead forms.

Option 1: disconnect the app in Facebook

1. In your Facebook account open Settings > Security and Login > Business Integrations.
2. Select "Lemonedia's AI Agents" and click Remove.

This ends our access to your Meta assets immediately. To also have the data we hold deleted, use option 2.

Option 2: ask us to delete your data

1. Email office@lemonedia.co.il with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your full name and an identifying detail: the email or phone number you gave us, and for business clients the business name.
3. We confirm receipt within 7 business days.
4. Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request, and we send you a confirmation.

What is deleted

• Access tokens to your accounts and assets: revoked and deleted.
• Your client workspace, including agent memory, rules and reports.
• Any lead data we hold on your behalf, including working copies such as spreadsheets.
• The contact details you submitted through this website.

Data we are required by law to keep, such as accounting records, is kept only for the legally required period. If your details were collected by one of our clients through a lead ad, please contact that business; we will assist it in deleting your data.
